You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To start a return, contact us at connection@ryoriginals.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll email you the shipping label for USPS Flat Rate.

You have 30 days after receiving your bottle to request a return. due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are trying to lower the number of packages we receive. Therefore, we suggest you try the product more than once or let a friend/family member give it a try before sending back your bottle. Better Mood and Pain Lift work best when taken everyday. Natural products leave the body quickly and must be taken consistently in order to fully experience the benefits. To start a return, contact us at connection@ryoriginals.com.
