You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To start a return, contact us at connection@ryoriginals.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll email you the shipping label for USPS Flat Rate.

You have 30 days after receiving your bottle to request a return. due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are trying to lower the number of packages we receive. Therefore, we suggest you try the product more than once or let a friend/family member give it a try before sending back your bottle. Better Mood and Pain Lift work best when taken everyday.
